Bali Emerald Villas

Great location and 24 hr security. The 4 bedroom villa’s with its own private swimming pool and kitchen area was lovely. The bathroom /toilet area had a strong perfume scent that could get a bit much at times. The place is super quiet. It’s a lovely spot but a few things like the coach are looking a bit tired. Would I stay there again. Definitely. The cafe we went to breakfast and occasionally lunch was amazing and very close by. Could walk around easily or catch a taxi which was so cheap. Plenty of great eating spots along the beach front too.

We loved Bali Emerald Villas but there was definite room for improvement. First impressions was spectacular but during our stay we noted some details that really need attention. The beds were hard and the pillows were small, flat and lumpy. The bed linen wasn’t great either but the towels were nice. The outdoor living area was beautiful but we couldn’t use it very much due to the heat. There was a tiny fan way up high in the ceiling that made absolutely no difference and the kitchen fan was better but made no difference to the seating area. The few pool noodles on offer were old and deteriorating which felt rough and uncomfortable. The pool itself was beautiful and its surrounding gardens. The website states there’s a washing machine and dryer on the premises but they don’t mention you’re not allowed to use it. The housekeeper was lovely but she seemed to spend a lot of time there. We would leave in the morning and she would not leave until we got back many hours later which seemed unnecessary and a bit invasive. The location was fantastic but the premises does not have a restaurant, bar or room service as advertised which annoyed me as it was a major reason why I picked there. All in all we did enjoy our time but we would not go back to that villa again.

The pool was exceptional. The outside heated shower was amazing. The bed incredibly comfortable. The outside area absolutely beautiful and extravagant. The outside area very well kept and luxurious. Fresh cold drinking water at all times. Plenty of kitchen amenities.. didn't need anything although a pair of tongs would have been good and some bowls to have oats in would also be helpful. Very clean. Very helpful incredibly friendly staff.

I had visited the property many years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see how well it had been maintained. The addition of enclosing the shared living areas and adding aircon was a lovely surprise. The pool was as sparkling as it could be. Having such beautiful and friendly staff in the office and in villa makes the stay so special. A short stroll to the beach and everything one could want.

Everything was beautiful and spacious! We loved the luxurious feel of the villa, and the pool was a delight to swim in. The king-size beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were large. We loved the open plan style of the kitchen and lounge outdoor areas. Very clean and tidy, with lots of storage for clothes. All up a fabulous place to stay - this is our second time we have stayed at Emerald Villas and again we were not disappointed!
